Bookings close 7 days before the session starts.
Cancellation Policy: RESCEDULE & REFUND POLICY: All single lessons are non-refundable, payment due in full at time of booking. Rescheduling is available: You must confirm a reschedule time within 7 days of the original lesson date no more than 30 days after the original lesson date. You forfeit the right to reschedule if you cancel less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment for any reason and will not be issued a refund. Recurring Weekly Lessons: If you reserve a lesson time in a recurring spot until canceled you will be auto-billed. Cancelation: 24 hour notice is require for make-up. Same day cancellations will not be available for reschedule/refund. You are responsible for rescheduling for holidays that may fall on your lesson day (July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, New Years Day, April 6, July 7, October 22) I make every effort to provide a competent substitute when I am unable to conduct lessons.
